Manager, Restructuring Services – Ref HKF657 recruitment
KPMG Restructuring team offers a range of services and provides solutions to companies, their stakeholders and individuals in financial distress. You will be involved in a diverse and interesting range of assignments from assisting in the work-out of China’s Non-performing loan market to reporting on the financial condition of distressed companies; promoting restructuring solutions and managing the assets and estates of both corporates and individuals.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of engagements
- Ensuring the compliance of internal and statutory requirements when carrying out assignments
- Providing guidance /coaching to juniors
- Identifying and pursuing business opportunities
- Reporting to the engagement partners / managers on a regular basis
Experience
- A degree holder with a professional qualification in Accounting
- A minimum of five years experience in a professional firm
- Relevant corporate recovery and restructuring experience would be an advantage
- A self-motivated team player with strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both English and Putonghua is essential
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager position.
