BA – Process Re-engineering recruitment

You will be supporting the project team, shaping requirements for the new operating model and will need to be prepared to challenge and develop detailed specifications. This will be achieved by utilising well-practised BA skills. In addition this role will require on-going review of progress ensuring that, alongside other project deliverables, the requirements are delivered as agreed.

Responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to:

*Own the development of the process maps required to deliver the change to the operating model(s)
*Ensure quality assurance for all developed customer and operational journeys and business requirement documentation
*Briefing and working closely with the project, testing and regional teams to ensure the business requirements can be met throughout the Build phase of the project
*Support resolving operating model development queries/issues
*Support the Project Manager in the planning of each project stage
*May be asked to support other projects

In order to be considered for this role you must have the following experience within a Business Analyst capacity:

*Experience of process re-engineering for new operating models with a specific focus on process mapping and impact analysis on tools, systems and roles
*Experience in working with testing, risk and regional management teams throughout the build phase
*Experience of working in a risk based regulatory environment
*Experience of working with design processes and designers to draw out operational and process requirements.
*Ability to work proactively within a project team and independently
*Experience of working with Commercial Banking and Credit Risk teams would be an advantage
*Experience of working with process, technology, testing teams and operational risk to write detailed operational and process specifications
*Proficient in use of analytical tools and structured analysis techniques
*Familiarity with process modeling, workshop facilitation and business analysis
*Competent use of Microsoft Office applications
*Ability to work with senior business stakeholders, regional management and Risk teams to guide business requirements development and testing.
*Budget control / financial management may feature as part of deputising for the Project Manager
