Manager / Senior Manager, CB Finance recruitment
Job Description
* Maintain an up-date and error-free MIS database in Mainframe and PCs to enhance report production.
* Supervise production of MIS including actual result, budget and forecast for CB.
* Co-ordinate with all CB departments to resolve irregularities before report production.
* Work with Country Finance to ensure all CB data are correctly reflected in all regulatory reports.
* Lead the monthly forecast and annual budget processes.
* Co-ordinate with Product/Segment to ensure the data used and produced are reasonable and accurate.
* Prepare Flash Report and analyze actual against budget/forecast.
* Perform by Product/Segment sensitivity analysis on various alternatives to identify risks/opportunities in order to enhance business decisions.
* Provide support to Product/Segment and Support Functions on all financial related area.
* Review the PAR to ensure Bank Policies are followed, calculation is accurate and supporting documents are in place.
* Streamline management reporting in order to improve timing and quality in report preparation process.
* Build different models to upgrade the forecast/budget processes.
* Provide adequate training and development for subordinates.

Qualifications Skills
* Undergraduate degree (Preferred on Accounting or Finance)
* Solid experience in financial management reporting
* Qualified accountant but not necessary
* Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skill
* Able to manage a small team of accountant
* Attention to details
