Manager, Transition Management recruitment

The role will take a Lead role within the London office and will be responsible for delivering expert strategy key initiatives. Working within a Global division whose responsibilities will be Transitions Management covering New Business Onboarding, Restructure, TBA, CDM, and Sub Accounts Functions.

You will participate in lead;

• Developing strategic plans for the division, setting goals and priorities based on the direction set for the unit. Follow through to ensure that objectives are met.

• Challenge the process and ensure ongoing development to improve division performance. 

• Manage risk associated with securities and cash movement.

• Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication. 

• Conducts the performance management process, identifies training and development needs, and establishes performance standards for the division/unit.

• Makes staffing decisions, and ensures resources are available to accomplish priorities.

• Key decision-maker for the salary review process for the division.

• Develops unit(s) budget and manages the expenses for the division/ unit.

To deliver in this position the right professional will have;

• Extensive knowledge of trust, asset management, custody or other relevant financial services industry operations

• Experience in leading managers and individual contributors

• Leadership skills required to set strategic direction, establish buy-in, and lead change

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required

• Proven management experience in leading a large team of managers individual contributors, complex financial activity, and high volumes

• Experience in financial strategic planning

• Experience in identifying and leading change in a complex and high volume process
