Senior Buy Side Credit Analyst recruitment
OMF uses its experience, resources and trading capabilities to invest in municipal projects. The group is currently seeking a candidate to fulfill the position of Senior Buy Side Credit Analyst located at its Dallas, Texas headquarters. OMF is a wholly owned subsidiary of ORIX USA Corporation, a diversified financial services company with over $5 Billion in assets.
Responsibilities include surveying financial markets, identifying new investment opportunities, and monitoring performance of current holdings. Specific tasks will include performing financial analyses to evaluate investments, gathering and modeling historical financial data, synthesizing research reports, monitoring municipal bond markets for news, reviewing credit agreements, representing ORIX in investment presentations/discussions, and summarizing findings.
Candidates must possess a strong quantitative aptitude, a diligent work ethic, and a disciplined attention to detail. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced and performance driven environment. Ideal candidate will have n Bachelors or an MBA in Finance/Accounting and 5+ years of direct experience evaluating municipal credits with increasing responsibility.
