Manager Underwriting Operations
We're looking for a highly experienced underwriter who is keen to move beyond case assessment into best practice and training, where you will take up the challenge of leading ambitious projects and developing products.
The opportunity
In this key role, you'll define and comply with internal best practice underwriting standards and coordinate and deliver internal and external training solutions. You'll lead internal projects and take part in external product development.
You'll also be involved in statistical analysis and reporting for underwriting services.
About you
You have at least 10 years' LH (re)insurance experience, five of these in underwriting, and possess outstanding insurance product and process knowledge.
You also have proven organisational and project leadership skills, along with excellent training capabilities. You're flexible, innovative and independent, but also a great team player.
Fluent English is must, and it's an advantage if you speak other European languages.
