RFP Proposal Specialist recruitment
Key responsibilities to include:
• Preparation and completion of documentation as per client requests
• Strategy development regards RFP and complex submissions, involving other parties within the organisation ensuring timelines are projected
• Liaise with Product Specialists and other key departments within the firm in order to compile content
• Follow defined processes
• Responding to client requests in a professional and timely manner
• Co-ordinate reviews and approvals
• Provide on-going feedback, ensuring accuracy and quality and updating tracker
• Occasional project and process improvements
You will ideally be a graduate (or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate previous experience in asset management proposals and have a solid broad knowledge of investment products such as FI, real estate, equities and alternative investments. Keeping abreast of global financial news is essential. Attention-to-detail is paramount and you will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to liaise with senior member of staff effectively and professionally.
