Our client is a high growth Australian mining organisation. They believe their success will be based upon becoming an employer of choice with a highly engaged and positive workforce. As a result of a recent merger, there is a need to build a leading edge group HR function.
Reporting to the GM of HR, as Manager of Workforce Development you will be responsible for designing the HR strategy and being able to deliver the tools to implement. This will include but not be limited to organisation and culture development, performance/ talent management, retention programmes, leadership development and coaching.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the knowledge of best OD practices coupled with implementation skills. You will also need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder skills with an ability to make these changes a positive experience for the business.
You will also need to be creative, energetic, adaptable and results oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will also be required.
