This Global Professional Services firm has a stellar reputation in their industry and has a strong footprint acrossAsia. The Working Capital Manager will report directly into the Financial Controller and be responsible for the overall billing and collections for the business.
Key responsibilities
- Review and improve billing and collections policies and processes
- Analyse work-in-progress and accounts receivables to identify solutions
- Manage team effectively by on-job coaching, up-skilling and delegation
- Introduce and tailor communication strategies to achieve results
- Support the Finance team in their reporting requirements
- Regular reporting to Finance and Management on trends and results
- Oversee billings and collections
Key requirements
- Degree educated
- 8+ years experience in relevant fields, including people management experience
- Confident in dealing with Senior Management
- Ability to work under time pressure, and multi task
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Experience within professional services/consulting/ service organization will be advantageous
