Manager/Senior Manager – Enterprise Information Manager/BI

As part of Consulting, our Analytics business uses data and analytics to help clients improve performance and create competitive advantage. The Enterprise Information Management Team adopts a "business lead/technology enabled" mindset. This involves starting the with fundamental business needs for information and insights, and working through the equally important elements of people, process, structure, technology and data to delivery on these requirements. Our integrated offering of PwC's EIM consulting expertise and the BI technology implementation capabilities of PwC Avantis means that we understand the full delivery lifecycle and provide our advice accordingly.
Due to team growth we currently require experienced Managers and Senior Managers with an enthusiastic attitude to join the team.
Working across a variety of clients including telco, retail and financial services your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting clients to identify their requirements and challenges before working within a team to define an Information Management 'target state', business case and a pragmatic delivery roadmap
- Liaising with "C-suite" executives to determine clients' existing EIM strategies and identifying "target states" to ensure that they aligned with business goals
- Provide impartial vendor advice when considering specific client requirements to ensure the best outcome and return on investment
- Assist our clients in BI Operating models governance
- Assist our clients through the full solution delivery lifecycle with specific expertise in EIM program management, solution architecture, solution design and/or business engagement
- Act as a coach to mentor and develop our junior team members
- Participate in regular business development and networking opportunities to grow PwC's market presence and business revenue
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a minimum of six years experience within EIM/BI, ideally within a consulting environment. Your specific expertise should have a particular focus on an EIM/BI stream: program management, project management, solution architecture, data architecture, solution design, data analysis and/or business engagement.
This opportunity is advisory focused and requires an individual with impeccable communication skills and the ability to provide strategic and high level advice without bias, as well as liaise with Senior level executives. Key to your success will be your ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as a demonstrated knowledge of industry and market trends.
