Primary Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for the development and management of the new business:
Sales:
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the promotion of the Group's financial and investment products in both existing and new markets
- Establish and manage an international team of sales managers to implement the sales strategy for the Group
- Formulate and implement an action plan for attracting new third party corporate clients to the business
Marketing:
- Develop a business marketing strategy for the purpose of increasing brand awareness and driving sales volumes for all businesses within the Group
- Establish and manage a team of marketing professionals to implement the Group's marketing strategy as well as provide marketing services to third party corporate clients
- Solidify the company's service offering to the Group and third party corporate clients
- Formulate and implement an action plan for attracting new third party corporate clients to the business
Publishing:
- Oversee the Moscow-based publishing team that produces Russian language company publications
- Establish and oversee a London-based publishing team to develop English language company publications
- Establish international distribution agreements for the publications
- Manage and build on advertising opportunities for the publications
- Identify new revenue streams for the business e.g. contract publishing
Online Projects:
- Establish a team of professionals to develop and manage the Group's online presence
- Develop and implement a strategy for commercialising the Group's Internet Portal project
- Identify and develop other commercial internet projects for the business
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an executive level leadership role
- BSc or BA in Business Management, MBA and/or other certification a significant plus
- Ability to demonstrate strong strategic planning and operational management experience
- Solid financial acumen and experience managing PL, cashflow and budget
- A solid track record of commercial achievement within sales and marketing
- Demonstrated experience building teams and growing companies
- Inspiring and authoritative leader with excellent people skills
- Highly articulate with superb influencing skills both internally and externally
- International experience coupled with a solid understanding of the luxury market
- Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to work on his/her own initiative
