Managing Director, Insurance Analyst, Financial Institutions Team Leader recruitment
Generate profitable ideas to enhance portfolio returns on invested assets ($4-$15 billion) Responsible for directing the efforts of assigned team of research analyst (3-5) following multiple fixed income sectors. Provide training and coaching to team members to maximize profitable idea generation within assigned issuers/sectors while minimizing risk (particularly of principal loss).
Analyze and monitor financial performance of assigned issuers, communicate investment ideas to portfolio managers, closely monitor existing positions for credit deterioration, comply with investment policies and procedures, generate, pursue, and implement analytical and process improvements, keep team members up to date on relevant initiatives and priorities, monitor team member work products, provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
Skills/Experience required:
Extensive credit research experience skills and experience. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, strong verbal and writing skills, strong knowledge of fixed income markets and interpersonal and management skills. MBA and/or CFA preferred.
