Do you hold a degree in economics or law or a similar professional qualification? Do you have several years of experience in the international business department of a German bank or, for better, a German subsidiary of a foreign bank? Do you have at least 3 years experience in an comparable position? Do you hold comprehensive knowledge of the Asian business sector, and are you familiar with the business structures in this area? Do you have strong communication skills and are you able to lead and motivate your employees? Do you speak fluent Business English? Have you proven your ability to sustainably develop an area or region, and are you now looking for a new challenge and new perspectives?
We are the German representative of the fourth largest Chinese bank with worldwide operations. To strengthen our constantly growing team, we are now looking for a candidate with your qualifications to assume the role of Managing Director (m/f) in order to ensure the successful management of our banking business. In this position, you will be responsible for both technical and personnel matters in the branch offices as well as having an influence on the strategy for expanding other business sectors. You will ensure compliance with legal regulations and are responsible for the operational results. In addition to experience and technical expertise, an excellent understanding of Asian culture is crucial for this position.
