Senior Graduate Recruitment Officer
South East Region: To be based in Ipswich, Norwich or Cambridge
£35,000 - £40,000
12 months FTC
We are one of the UKs leading accountancy firms with a successful, high profile graduate recruitment and internship programme. Our team on Recruitment Officers have been recognised for their efforts in providing competitive and interesting graduate recruitment strategies within the industry and are looking for a strategic and operational recruiter to join their growing team .
We are looking to identify and attract the very best talent in a competitive market in the most cost-effective way. It is essential that all applicants have previous experience of managing graduate, school leaver, internship or apprenticeship recruitment schemes.
As part of our team you will be working closely with our alumni teams, stakeholders and candidates alike to ensure that the best possible service and selection processes are delivered. You will be covering the East Anglian counties and so it is important that you are happy to travel to various offices, roadshows and assessment centres as required.
This is both a creative and strategic role and we are very much open to new ideas in order to maintain our reputation as a top graduate and trainee recruiter.
