Mandarin Speaking Accounts Assistant
My client, a retail wholesaler based just outside Manchester City Centre, is looking to recruit a Mandarin speaking accounts assistant on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave for six months. This is an urgent requirement and therefore candidates must be immediately available.
This candidates main responsibility will be to ensure that the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger processing is maintained to a high level of accuracy and that the business faces no operational interruptions due to delayed processing. The candidates must be competent in the end to end purchase ledger process including matching, batching and coding the invoices, reconciling supplier queries and query resolution, preparing journals for month end and bank reconciliations. On the sales ledger side candidates must issue invoices to customers, maintain all accounts to reconcile with customer's statements, deal with customer queries and reconciliations of payments for allocation. Candidates will also be responsible for general administrative and office duties. This company liaises with a number of suppliers in China therefore candidates must be fluent in Mandarin.
