MANSFIELD
Hays are urgently recruiting experienced Midwives to work through us in hospitals in Mansfield and the surrounding areas; providing a full range of midwifery services. We require dedicated and trustworthy midwives who are able to adapt to new environments quickly and are available to do ad hoc or contract work.
For this role applicants will have:
· Relevant UK hospital experience
· Hold a current NMC registration
· Eligibility to work in the UK
Working as a midwife you will need to have an in-depth understanding of foetal and child development. You will be ensuring women are cared for in a clean and safe environment, including the appropriate decontamination of multi-use equipment, taking remedial action if standards are not maintained. It is important that you will work well in a multi-disciplinary team and that you can work and perform well under pressure. Excellent communication, observation and people skills is a must as you will be providing professional support and reassurance to a huge diversity of female patients, new born infants, their partners and their families.
