Manufacturing Engineering Support
The successful candidate will support the below job functions in the Manufacturing Engineering department
" Process Planner
" Develop and improve manufacturing processes for transmission components
" Provide manufacturing instructions in the form of production routings, gage lists, standard work, and drawings
" Champion safety and velocity improvements. . .
" NC Programmer creating and improving CNC programs and modifying NC layouts.
" Validate new cutting tools.
" Champion cycle time reduction and perishable tooling cost reduction.
" Floor Support - Analyze production problems and resolve · Train and mentor hourly operators · Communicate changes required daily to the manufacturing supervisor for permanent correction.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year(s) of work experience relevant to the position; excellent longevity in previous positions, and a degree or certificate is highly preferred.
" Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent work experience.
" 3-5 years working in a manufacturing environment.
" Must have strong leadership experience/skills for future growth.
" Strong communication skills both written and oral.
" Desirable Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing
" Fundamental understanding of shaft, planet carrier, or gear manufacturing processes and technology.
" Demonstrated Leadership and project management
" NX software experience
