Position Description:
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing varied and general tasks involved in the Manufacturing process. Additionally, s/he acquires job skills and becomes familiar with Company Policies and Procedures in order to complete routine assignments/tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Associate position include assisting supervisory and non-supervisory employees with various tasks. These tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Basic manufacture, assembly, installation, and/or processing of components, subsystems or systems.
- Operation of:
- Basic hand tools.
- Assigned Production/Manufacturing machinery.
- Compiling data for reports.
- Assisting with daily collection of Production statistics.

Requirements:
Required Skills for this Manufacturing Associate position include the following:
- Must have a High School education or equivalent; some college-level education preferred
- Position typically requires a minimum of 5-6+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of experience and college-level education
- Sr./Advanced General Administrative skills/ knowledge of most Operations areas
- Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- A+ Certification a Bonus
