Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Randstad in partnership with a Murfreesboro company is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician. Prefers experience in automotive industry. Minimum five years experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance including PLC's, troubleshooting and repairs. -Will perform Mechanical and Electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, repair and installation of equipment. -Will read and understand relay/ladder logic and schematic diagrams, write programs for various types of PLC's as well as make program changes. -Will fabricate and repair parts using machine shop and welding equipment. -Will troubleshoot all types of mechanical problems including hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum and compressed air systems. -Identify and resolve mechanical malfunctions as required on equipment outfitted with pneumatic, hydraulic, and other mechanical systems to provide a permanent solution. -Responsible for maintenance and calibration of microprocessor based control equipment, general instrumentation and electrical control systems and carrying out first line diagnostic, troubleshooting and maintenance work. -Maintain and utilize maintenance systems for work orders, breakdown reporting, P.M's and tracking machine modifications. Working hours: Night shift,must be able to work overtime as needed Minimum five years experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance in the automotive industry including PLC's, troubleshooting and repairs. Preferred experience working with Motoman Robotics or Panasonic Robotics and maintenance on stamping presses. Please submit resume with on line application including references.
