My client, a manufacturer and supplier of pharmacuetical products to the worldwide, is looking for an experienced and professional manager to join their growing organisation.
The purpose of the role is to directly manage the resource within the granulation/compression department on the night-shift. This will require you to effectively use equipment, systems and personnel to ensure the delivery of agreed programmes of work, ensure GMP, HS and Security standards are maintained, development and coaching of personnel, monitoring and reviewing equipment, processes, systems and personnel performances in with the clients objectives and the initiation and action of CI projects.
Ideally you will be degree qualified with excellent practical knowledge of Lean/6Sigma tools and methodologies and a track record of utilising these skills to improve processes. You will have worked to MHRA and GMP processes in your current or recent role, and be able to provide evidence of working in a filling and packaging process based environment.
As a person, you will need to demonstrate proven leadership skills and man-management ability, be pro-active and consultative when dealing with issues, and ultimately target-driven.
