Manufacturing Technician Position Description:
- Collect and evaluate operating data and perform on-line equipment adjustment when necessary to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance, and continuously improving processes while maintaining a high degree of safety.
- Operate and utilize a variety of tools and test equipment.
- Perform routine to highly complex tasks that require a high level of problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Read technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, as well as update training manuals.
Position Details:
Shift Work: Shifts are 12 hours long and rotate from three to four days a week. There are two shifts: Sunday/Monday / Tuesday and every other Saturday night and Wednesday / Thursday / Friday and every other Saturday night. This is what the shift pattern looks like: The Short Week is – 3 days on / 36hrs with 4 days off and the Long Week is – 4 days on/ 48 hrs (includes 8 hrs of overtime) with 3 days off.
Location: Chandler, AZ. Relocation assistance may be provided for this position.
Salary: $20-$24/hr. plus overtime at time and a half – 8 hours is already automatically built into your schedule (plus and an additional 16% more per hour premium if you are working a night shift). You are also eligible for a bonus. You can expect to earn $52K - $65K in total compensation in your first year of employment.

Career Progression: You have the ability to move into a Senior / Master Technician role as well as an Operation Supervisor role.
Requirements:
- Must be a transitioning or separated military member.
- Solid background in Electronics and / or Electro-Mechanical systems, with an Electro-mechanical aptitude.
- Basic understanding and experience in the use of diagnostic equipment.
- Experience in leading team efforts to accomplish company objectives.
