Role Summary/Purpose

The MarComm digital leader is responsible for bridging the gap between marketing and the web, ensuring digital initiatives are held to a high standard. Integrate digital with non-digital touch points by developing online media and budget allocation strategies across multiple channels. Develops and implements creative tools/techniques enabling sales execution market acceptance of new products business initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities

•Provide vision and leadership to guide the creative and strategic use of digital communications, ensuring we effectively use digital channels to strengthen marketing communication messages.
•Research and propose new and unique marketing campaigns ensuring current interactive and digital marketing campaigns are up to date, competitive, and effective with other industry initiatives.
•Identify trends and expectations for the future of consumer web interaction, behavior, and business. Investigate new opportunities for the company in the digital space.
•Oversee and manage the use of portals and other Web technologies to strengthen information sharing, community building, and engagement internally.
•Work collaboratively with team to identify the social media strategy for the business.
•Coordinating Marketing Communications plan implementation via execution of strategies and partnering with outside vendors. Track progress of programs and report results to marketing.
•Ensuring adherence to corporate branding and integrating corporate guidelines into MarComm programs.
•Developing clear, creative MarComm strategies from complex marketing objectives and content.
•Continually evaluating processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both the market and sales force.

Qualifications/Requirements

1.Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field 2.Proven experience in marketing communications or related field3.Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing4.Project management skills5.Experience in executing to tight budgets and timelines6.Experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
