Market Intelligence and Customer Insight Manager recruitment
As the Marketing Intelligence and Customer Insight Manager you are responsible for developing market intelligence and customer insight of the customers across all product groups, and all customer segments.
The aim is to drive commercial performance, operational excellence, as well as an enhanced customer experience.
Job Description:
- Lead the collection and interpretation of the Market Intelligence and Voice of Customers to provide excellent insight to support strategic business decisions and to gauge customer satisfaction performance across the range of strategy, marketing, sales and operational activities
- Commission and manage the delivery of on-going and ad-hoc customer research projects to meet the insight needs of the Business
- Ensure that all key decisions are informed by customer and market insight
- Ensure effective management of ad-hoc agencies through agency reviews, briefings and stakeholder feedback
- Manage the internal process of understanding customer satisfaction and experience issues, and providing summary analysis and briefing to senior management
Requirements:
- University graduate with 10+ years solid relevant experience in Business Intelligence. Customer Insight gathering and analyses.
- Excellent technical aptitude with statistical tools is essential
- Experience in customer-centric services industry: banks, airlines, telco, hotels, FMCG, etc.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skill.
- Strong planning and project management skill.
