Our client specialises in the provision of advisory services, non-executive board representation and funding to independent recruitment firms. Chaired by James Caan, their aim is to work with owner managers who are looking to grow their businesses and create substantial shareholder value. They are now seeking a Marketing and PR Executive to help drive the business forward.
This is a superb opportunity for a marketing and PR professional with experience of writing articles to join a growing company with a supportive culture and benefit from excellent career progression prospects.
As a Marketing and PR Executive, you will be responsible for looking after our client’s portfolio of companies. You will be involved in a broad range of marketing activities including both above and below the line activity.
In this brand new role, you will support the creation and planning of marketing initiatives and campaigns, and co-ordinate with external suppliers of artwork templates to explain briefs and amends.
Additionally, you will liaise with stakeholders across the business to develop content and ensure that items are compliant and technically accurate.
Your other duties will include:
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press
- Managing the production of marketing materials
- Writing and proofreading copy
- Organising photo shoots
- Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
To be considered for this exciting position, you must have:
- Commercial marketing and PR experience
- Experience of writing articles
As a Marketing and PR Executive, you will have strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. A good attention to detail, a highly organised approach and the ability to multi-task are key
Relevant marketing and/or PR qualifications, such as a degree or professional qualifications, would be beneficial to your application. A driving licence and access to your own transport would also be an advantage.
