Marketing Assistant recruitment

This role will play an integral role in supporting the Marketing effort to produce high quality, meaningful and on-brand marketing collateral for internal and external clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists with the production, amendments or updates of marketing materials including fact sheets, presentations, pitch books, research notes and commentaries

• Works closely with the marketing team to assist in the planning and management of events and corporate hospitality

• Manages literature printing and binding requirements to ensure appropriate hard copy collateral availability for conferences, campaigns, road shows and general consumption globally

• Edits materials and assists with proof reading / quality control prior to distribution

• Adheres to compliance/approval procedures and follows rules/regulations as stipulated by local country regulators

• Maintains a central log of signed off materials and evidence files

• Assists in the management of marketing costs by accurately monitoring, recording and processing invoices so that all activities are delivered within budget and drive efficiencies

• Ensures communications are user friendly, packaged to a high standard and consistently reflect my clients brand

• Assists in administration of all publishing work to ensure that SharePoint and other repositories are maintained accurately

• Builds and maintains good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure excellent service is provided

• Assists with other general marketing and administrative activities when required

• Uses Bloomberg and Morningstar to pull charts, performance and reports

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

• 1-2 years of experience within asset management

• Creative with an excellent attention to detail

• Intermediate to advanced user of PowerPoint and other Microsoft packages (essential)

• Ability to use InDesign and/or Quark (desirable)

• Ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment

• Strong project management skills
