Marketing Campaign Executive
The Role:
In addition, the planning, implementation and evaluation of integrated Vertical Marketing Campaigns targeted at winning new business, as well as the identification and management of events and exhibitions for the Corporate Client market.
- To ensure that all marketing activities are in-line with the overall strategic objectives
- To ensure that all marketing expenditure is approved, recorded and in budget
- To ensure all activities are measurable and to provide regular evaluation and ROI reports
- To ensure that all marketing activities are in-line with company brand values and guidelines
- To support the Marketing Campaign Manager in day to day operations
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of all E-CRM activity to improve acquisition, conversions, retention and reactivation of our Corporate Client business.
- Work with the Campaign Marketing Manager to develop the E-CRM strategy through lead and client profiling, behavioural analysis and segmentation.
- Analysis, planning, developing, co-ordinating, execution and reporting of eCRM campaigns.
- Development, implementation and evaluation of the campaign and promotional strategy
- Identify and implement appropriate communication tools and campaigns for target markets to achieve business revenue objectives.
- Liaise with internal design and copy teams to create collateral and campaigns. Including email, mail, SMS, Social and other communications channels.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Relevant marketing qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within a dynamic marketing environment
- Knowledge of CRM, data segmentation, analysis and targeting.
- Ability to identify and present new opportunities for development within target markets.
- The ability to understand and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including customers, suppliers, employees and senior management
