Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, English, Journalism or other related field from an accredited college or university. Other disciplines will be given consideration only with relevant marketing and communication experience.

"Minimum of 5 years experience in hospital marketing. 7 to ten years of experience in advertising and/or marketing for a service industry company may be considered as equivalent for hospital experience. 3 years or more of supervisory experience."

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
