Marketing Communications Specialist recruitment
Duties and responsibilities
- Concept, develop and implement a range of marketing collateral
- Develop communication strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of online marketing strategies - position, review and update content on internal and external websites
- Maintain the range of marketing materials produced by the Marketing Communications teams
- Proof read/logic check marketing materials on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Compile, edit and publish portfolio commentaries on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Coordinate and manage the translation of marketing materials as required
- Leverage marketing materials from colleagues in other marketing teams for use in the international market
- Initiative to identify and deliver opportunities for marketing support
Competencies
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills - visual as well as written
- 3 to 4 years proven experience in producing high impact marketing communications collateral
- Demonstratebly copy-writing and proof-reading skills – Strong attention to detail is essential
- Fluency in English is an essential requirement for this role
- Knowledge of financial markets and interest in this area
- A second language would be an advantage - German and Spanish preferred
- Comfortable working with data
- Computer skills (Microsoft word, power point, excel etc)
- Experience working with a design team or design packages would also be an advantage
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under time pressure and with accuracy
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and pro-actively as part of a team.
