Job Summary
In leading the Marketing and Communications function you will develop and execute the global marketing strategy for the company. This role will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications including strategic planning, brand management, product launches, event management, sales support, media management and marketing communication within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy especially throughout Asia Pacific
- Lead and implement corporate marketing and brand management initiatives internally and externally
- Create and implement marketing plans to support existing and new products across an integrated marketing mix including collateral, events, direct marketing, advertising, thought leadership content, digital, research and media.
- Support the sales, product and client management departments by writing and maintaining marketing materials, sales presentations, internal resources and competitive analysis
- Ownership and implementation of the public relations strategy with the aim to build awareness and credibility
- Manage external relationships with agencies, vendors and partners
- Drive the Marketing function to maximise effectiveness of initiatives within budget and establish consistent marketing procedures globally
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in developing and executing international marketing communication within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical ability with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in authoring marketing content including collateral, press releases and articles
- Result and objective focused professional with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Development or a relevant discipline
