Marketing Director Job in East Of England, Anglia UK
Our client is one of the largest food producers in the UK and due to continued growth they are looking to appoint an experienced, talented Marketing Director to lead and develop the marketing function.
Reporting in to the Managing Director the role will be varied and will involve the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Development implementation of category strategy
* Collect integrate insights (shopper, category, channel customer) leading to compelling and selling commercial propositions.
* Full and active participation in developing and driving an integrated commercial agenda for category, brand, channel customer.
* Lead Category Management team.
EXPERIENCE
* Significant commercial experience, having worked in a category management role and with sales experience working at a senior marketing manager or marketing controller level.
* Highly competent in category strategy development.
* Excellent understanding of retail landscape, customer requirements and trends across markets.
* Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
