Marketing Manager

This position will lead a team of professionals to define strategy for our Global Alliance program and identify and establish partnerships and distribution models to drive incremental business for the Verizon Enterprise Solutions (VES) organization. This position is viewed as a key driver for incremental opportunities and growth from the channel ecosystem. With responsibility to execute Global Alliance contracts with Fortune 500 companies  to leverage our combined value propositions, this highly visible position that requires, high energy, professionalism, and  a proven track record in Global channel programs.

• Build and lead a team to develop strategy and execute on a Global Alliance program
• Align with internal and external C-Level executives to establish programs and execute contracts with Global Alliance partners
• Lead 10-15 Global Alliance partnerships
• Develop, own, and  communicate goals, revenue targets, and overall measurement for the program to VES and Area leadership teams
• Maintain scorecards, KPI's, and Metrics for each Global Alliance partnership
• Identify and articulate operations, training, sales enablement, and financial requirements to build a successful program
• Focus on driving Global opportunities and revenue across the VES product portfolio
• Interact with cross-functional teams to articulate needs to develop programs to drive objectives
• Present programs at Executive Briefings
• Organize team to execute on objectives and priorities for the VES organization
• Develop Governance and Rules of Engagement to execute on program goals

• Bachelors Degree in related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven results in building a successful Global Alliance program
• Minimum 7 years related work experience in Channel Management
• 5 years experience of Product Management, Sales, Marketing, or Operations in Telecommunications with knowledge of Wireless and Landline products and services such as Wireless, Cloud Computing, Security, Unified Communications, etc.
• Proven experience in contract negotiations and interactions with C-Level  Executives
• Experience working with Multi-National Partners
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong Analytical and Presentation skills
• Microsoft Project
• Proficient  in using Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, and Excel  (Certification Preferred)
• Ability to travel in US and overseas: Up to 50% travel
