The Co-Partner Marketing Manager is pivotal to driving incremental opportunities within the target customers and partner community by increasing the value and the scale of the sales engine.

In this role the Partner Marketing Manager (PMM) will be responsible for managing the marketing relationship with a territory of vendor partners which mainly consist of global hardware and software technology players. The PMM is fully accountable for driving the joint and vendor marketing plan and reporting on ROI of co-funded activities.

Key Accountabilities.

Creating and owning the Marketing plan within the Vendor Business Plan.

Understand the Partners' business and work alongside the vendor account manager to define key areas of focus which mutually capitalise on the partner's and company capabilities generating specific market opportunities underpinned by unique joint sales and marketing assets.

Develop Partner Marketing plans to define the marketing initiatives and activities that will generate new opportunities in line with market strategy.

Publish case studies and win stories that evidence joint success of the company and vendor relationship.

Execute on content led joint marketing activities. Secure Marketing Investment Funding for joint activities and initiatives, ensuring all marketing costs -including project management time and expenses - are recovered.

Report weekly to the vendor on new opportunities in the pipeline from CRM.

Admin Personal Development: Complete all role related training, regular updates and use of Dynamics CRM, off-sites, training and 1:1's.

Key Success Criteria

Secure marketing related vendor funding and ensure that the funding is booked in a timely manner. Growth in the amount of the vendor business. Delivering reporting in a timely manner to meet partner metrics

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential Experience:

Demonstrate experience ( evidence of success) in the IT software / hardware industry. Demonstrable track record in through and/or co-partner marketing

An understanding of channel models and partner management.

Evidence of a strong track record in aligning the messages of two separate organisations. Demonstrate ability to create buy in and support from another organisation for your own go-to-market and propositions.

Proposition and solution led marketing.

Excellent interpersonal presentation skills. Reporting, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, CRM and Online Marketing skills

Good communicator at senior levels internally and externally (and proven impact at these levels)
