Candidate Responsibilities 

To manage service delivery for facilities that are too small for an on-site Field Service Engineer.

Work closely with RSM’s, FSE’s, AP Call Center partners to resolve any roadblocks for assigned area of responsibility.

 

Responsible for the entire lifecycle of the PO creation/cancellation/approval/escalation process.

Perform all tasks related to the dispatch of third party vendors and support all administrative functions related to PM completion/compliance, as well as Service related issues within their assigned area.Manage all AP discrepancies for your assigned area, which derive from purchase orders generated by the Purchase Services team.

 

Candidate Profile 

AS Degree in related field, or equivalent experience· 1 to 2 years experience in finance or related function· SAP experience preferred· Intermediate skills with PC tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)· Advanced analytical and conceptual skills· Advanced communication, interpersonal, training, and presentation skills.· Ability to interact with personnel at all levels within the corporation. · Established work with contracts and/or purchasing· Ability to establish task priorities, work independently, and identify and accomplish objectives with limited supervision.· Ability to work well within team based environment.· Ability to assist in training of new or less experienced team members.· Exhibit excellence in all aspects of work performed.· Possess strong work ethic. · Requires intermediate typing and 10 key speed and accuracy. · Be on time, courteous, and professional.
