Our clients include corporations, pension plans, insurance companies, foundations, endowments, central banks, official institutions and mutual funds. In North America we have offices in Boston, Chicago, New Jersey, New York, and Toronto. We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager in our New York office. Reporting to the Head of North American Marketing Operations, this individual will provide marketing support to US and Canadian sales teams through effective coordination and roll out of marketing campaigns including; webinars, conference sponsorship and brand visibility, development of marketing collateral and targeted mail campaigns.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Manage webcast events, securing speakers, booking external providers, and managing all pre and post event logistics, including mail campaigns.
• Track and coordinate all conference deliverables to ensure that deadlines are met. Ensure that speakers and sales participants are kept informed of details and requirements.
• Liaise with conference coordinators and speakers, schedule and participate in pre-conference calls to ensure that everything is on track prior to the event.
• Track campaign results to measure response and effectiveness.
• Write draft newsletters or print features and work with sales or investment specialists to fine-tune content or get source information.
• Track and coordinate video filming events and speakers, content, questions and logistics.
• Work with sales or investment specialists to develop marketing collateral.
• Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines.
• Liaise with Compliance/Risk Oversight on standards and compliance of new materials.

• Strong understanding and interest in marketing.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Creative mindset and strong knowledge of design software.
• Energetic and industrious self-motivated team player who takes responsibility for projects; works well under pressure and has strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize assignments so that all deadlines are met.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of the market and the organization.
• Ability to work with people in different locations.
• Willingness to learn new software tools, such as Salesforce.com.
Academic Background and Experience:
• Five years or more of related marketing work experience (preferably in financial services).
• Advanced computer skills (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Salesforce.com, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Understanding of investment products and markets.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
