Marketing Manager, Singapore
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for CMC Markets Singapore products and services
- Plan marketing budgets for the year and reforecast as required throughout the financial year
- Plan and deliver all advertising campaigns for both digital and print media
- Plan and implement advertising copy and marketing literature designs within brand parameters
- Along with longer term campaigns there can be an need to plan and implement ad hoc marketing projects, which include client events and seminars
- Develop new channels of business development, within budget constraints, to drive lead generation for the Sales Team
- Liaise with external agencies and media as required in order to deliver high quality marketing communications , meeting time deadlines and within budget
- Manage the implementation of web site changes and ensure consistency with global brand guidelines
- Work with the global marketing structure to ensure office is up-to-date with global company strategies
- Contribute ideas both to local and global teams for future direction and campaigns
- Provide reports (monthly and ad hoc) regarding the status of all marketing activities and analysis of variance – report delivered to Asia Director and Head of Marketing UK
- Monitor the performance of media campaigns to ensure optimisation of marketing spend on and off-line – daily, weekly and monthly
- Carry out periodic market research to analyse potential strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats – including competition analysis
- Ensure marketing team keep record of all compliance approvals of marketing literature along with creative
- Responsible for keeping all relevant marketing records up-to-date, including those within the intranet, compliance, budget, and advertising files
- Ensure external communications are on brand – as per global guidelines
- Manage the time and workload to meet or exceed marketing objectives
- Communicate and provide direction to internal staff to ensure all are up-to-date with latest campaigns and direction
Essential criteria
- 8+ years marketing experience
- Sound experience of delivering marketing campaigns
- Proven acquisition track record
- Ability to work to targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within fast paced, dynamic environment
- Supervisory or people management skills
- Self-motivated and driven; able to act on own initiative
- Experience within Financial Services would be an advantage
