Marketing Planning Manager recruitment
Principal Accountabilities
Responsible for identifying and developing the annual marketing plans for the marketing department and prioritising based on business strategy, sales and retention targets and profitability for the business
Develop and implement a campaign planning process to include campaign production across selected channels, delivery of marketing activity and measuring the effectiveness of campaign plans
Plan and lead the execution of detailed integrated campaign productions schedules, ensuring high quality marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget.
Work with business teams and product specialists to determine compelling and differentiating messages for marketing communications. Edit materials and assist with the proof-reading.
Stay up to date with competitors and products offered in the market place
Formulate and maintain strategy for promoting value proposition, its capabilities, products and solutions via a range of marketing channels to enhance business reputation in its core markets.
Develop marketing strategy across business product and client groups by analysing the touch points in the client acquisition process and mapping the ideal client experience
Take into account sales and retention targets and marketing processes and procedures, and ensure that marketing activities stay within budget.
The candidate
Degree educated, IMC useful.
Experience in an Institutional communication planning role within a similar organisation. A mixture of Institutional Retail experience would also be of interest
Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills essential
