Marketing Specialist

The Specialist, Marketing Communications is responsible for planning, prioritizing and facilitating the marketing communications for specific marketing projects. Provides marketing, communications and project execution support for the Medicare marketing department. Assists in the development of communications and project initiatives that grow the Medicare individual membership through our relationships with agents, pharmacies and other stakeholders. Organizes a detailed project plan that ensures appropriate reviews by creative resources, business areas, legal and compliance. Coordinates multi-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the project. Highly organized and tactical process oriented. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with financial analysis. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and (verbal and written) communication skills. Ability to interact with management and executives. Excellent project/time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Proven ability to build and manage internal and external relationships. Ability to provide excellent customer service to a variety of individuals on all organizational levels. Ability to identify and resolve problems. Aptitude for detail and accuracy. Ability to research and analyze data. Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment.
