Overview of the division
Working within the Global Markets Research business management team you will be responsible for a broad range of business management activities within the Research business. The objective of business management is to support the overall management of the business: facilitating growth initiatives, manage risks inherent in the business, set priorities and ensure best practice process and infrastructure is in place.

KeyResponsibilities

As a Executive Assistant / Business Administrator in this area you will be responsible for:
• Diary management for Head of Company Research
• General support for Head of Company Research (eg, organising group training sessions when required, gathering feedback from Senior analysts on various issues)
• General office management (eg, co-ordinate and communicate desk moves, system upgrades etc, inform Corporate Real Estate (CRES) of maintenance issues identified)
• Support for analysts on any Research Production issues - this will involve learning the production process from document creation to printing a delivery. Production issues are resolved by liaising with the various outsourced partners based in India and Chile
• Subscribing clients to research and investigating subscription problems
•Ad-hoc PowerPoint presentations to a high standard, following Deutsche Bank presentation and branding guidelines
• Maintain FITT reports schedule - follow up with analysts on expected outcome dates and provide to Head of Research.
•Monthly reports on analyst contact with clients using Excel and Powerpoint.

Requirements

As a Executive Assistant / Business Administrator in this area you will be responsible for:
• Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Powerpoint, Excel. Intermediate Word)
• Extensive experience of using Lotus Notes
• Knowledge of using other internal company-specific systems
• An excellent attention to detail
