MASTER CAR TECHNICIANS
Automotive Resources International (ARI), the world’s largest privately-held fleet leasing and management company, seeks several seasoned ASE Master Certified Car Technicians who can blend strong diagnostic abilities with superior customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. These positions are located in Houston and Grapevine, TX.
As a Technical Resource Center Technician, you’ll field telephone calls from our customer/drivers when they experience mechanical difficulty with one of our vehicles. You’ll talk the customer through the problem; determine whether the vehicle needs to go to a shop for further evaluation; assist the driver in finding an appropriate repair location; authorize repairs as needed; and ensure that all work is performed at a fair price.
Qualified candidates will possess 3+ years’ experience repairing cars and ASE certifications. You should enjoy a fast pace, work well under pressure and possess strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are a plus.
