Master Production Scheduler - Fixed Term Contract
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
* To ensure all customer demand is fully met, through demand management, efficient production planning and inventory management.
Represent the Supply Chain Dept in any plant initiatives
* To be the point of contact for Customers and GPO planning with respect to supply and demand for products produced
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage Monthly SOP Process Sales Order Management
* Manage Relationships with Customers with regard Supply and Demand
* Liaise with GPO planning with regard Supply and Demand
* Rough Cut Capacity Planning
* MPS Scheduling
* Maintain and Manage MPS/MRP Process
* Item Master Maintenance
* BOM Maintenance
* Ensure Planning is run according to Class A principles
* Ensure site maintains Class A certification
* Generate and Manage Transition Plans for NPI Process
* Represent Supply Chain Dept in any company wide initiative e.g Lean Manufacturing / CI / MES
Skills/Experience Requirements
* Min of 4 Years in a Planning environment
* Experience of MPS/MRP required
* Experience of Supply Chain package
* Working in Cross Functional Teams
* Systems Implementation experience.
