, in Marshfield, WI, a dairy farm and major cheese producing facility seeks Mechanical Engineer with a deep understanding of cheese making. Major responsibilities are to assemble, run and maintain our European brand cheese processing equipment while adhering to food safety standards.
Duties include: production, performance and maintenance of coagulator and other cheese processing equipment. These may include data analysis to recommend design modification, product, machine and hardware formulation and improve overall process operations.
Requirements: MS in mechanical engineering or related field or BS plus 5 year minimum experience in agricultural engineering field.
