Mechanical Fitter
Our client located in Forrestfield is looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter/Technician to join their team.
The Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to efficiently and effectively operate the production equipment applying the quality system to the manufacturing process. This requires a team based focus with the ability to maintain quality and production targets in a high speed manufacturing environment.
The Candidate:
Qualified Mechanical Fitter
You must have a manufacturing background
Be proactive and able to think on your feet
Fault Find
Conduct preventive maintenance rather than reactive
Current Drivers License
Good work ethic
Available to work day and nights
Available on short notice
Someone with a precision background preferably with extensive high speed packaging experience.
The Hours and Pay:
Hours can be Monday - Sunday either 7:00am - 7:00pm or 7:00pm - 7:00am. Hourly rate is $46 plus superannuation. You will be required to work 2 day shifts and then 2 night shifts then 4 days off, and also any other shifts that may be required.
