A leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery who have seen a steady increase in new orders currently require the services of an experienced Mechanical Inspector on a 3-5 month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting a range of mechanical components mainly via the use of hand metrology (verniers and callipers) and CMM.
Suitable Inspectors will be apprentice trained and have strong inspection experience ideally from a precision manufacturing environment. CMM experience is an advantage though training would be given.
