No Security Clearance Required about security clearance definitions Position Description Manage a multi-discipline engineering team responsible for the qualification of galleys to support the 737 Program. Provide leadership and oversight of engineering activities and ensure performance to plan on cost, schedule and quality objectives. Manage the galley team and suppliers to ensure adequate skills and capacity are in place to support production rate increases. Must be able to work in a dynamic fast pace work environment and manage a variety of processes, skills and daily production and manufacturing activities and issues. Strong communication and people skills are a must in order to develop and motivate employees with diverse backgrounds and skills. Lead teams on improvement activities to standardize work flow and improve quality to increase capacity and reduce cost. Must be able to resolve customer and supplier issues while maintaining, developing and promoting a working together relationship.
