A National Marketing Agency located in the West End is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the growing business. You will be based within a dynamic and sociable team and should have a strong working knowledge of DDS.

Key Duties:
Matching media invoices to media bookings on the DDS system
Raising payments for media invoices when due
Working across Press/TV/Digital/Radio and Outdoor media
Setting up folios and suppliers for media teams
Dealing with supplier queries
Investigating differences between DDS media bookings and supplier invoices
Liaising with media staff
Raising journals

Successful candidates must have a working knowledge of DDS to be considered for the role. You should have a stable background in Accounts Payable, ideally from a media background although this is not essential.
