Medical Sales Advisor

Pay: £15,000 (Realistic £25,000 OTE)
Hours: Flexible shift basis between Monday – Thursday 8.30 - 9.00, Friday 8.30 - 7.00
1 in 4 weekends Saturday 9-5, Sunday 11-5.
Start date: ASAP

Opportunity to work for a UK wide company with over 38years cosmetic surgery experience. They have a 98.2% customer satisfaction and looking for someone to join a 12 strong team to help them maintain this throughout the appointment setting process.

They must ensure that patient co-ordinators have a full appointments diary of quality clients for consultation and to be responsible for all associated documentation and paperwork. Such work will normally be undertaken on a rota/shift basis.

Duties

· To deliver fantastic customer service to internal and external customers.
· To answer incoming calls against agreed criteria to ensure the customer receives a positive and friendly experience.
· To convert inbound / outbound calls into quality appointments through a service to sales ethos.
· To liaise with Clinic Managers to ensure that ‘venue’ consultation dates are fully booked.
· To make outbound calls to follow-up email enquiries and follow-up enquiries where information has been posted out to an individual.
· To treat outbound calls the same as inbound and develop a fantastic rapport leading to a quality appointment.
· To work on a shift basis that will include weekends.
· To deliver results against department key performance indicators.

Experience Required

· 1+ year in similar outbound sales/appointment setting role.
· 1+ years experience in a call centre environment.
· Wanting a career in sales.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales.
· Candidates must be able to drive and there is free on site parking.
