Medmal Claims Handler
Reporting directly to the Claims Manager Italy and working with local claims team his/her main responsibilities will be:
Handling large medium to large liability bodily injury med mal and public entities claims;
Managing large deductible and high exposure policies;
Ability to interact and control internal and external resources;
Maintain all files and information as per Global Claims handling rules and guidelines;
Limited travelling availability;
Ideal candidate meet the following requirements:
10 years experience in liability bodily injuries claims handling of which at least 5 years in MedMal;
Very good knowledge Liability insurance wordings and judicial practices;
Experience in managing internal and external resources;
University Degree (Law);
Very good ability to navigate with ease Microsoft office suite of applications and computer applications ;
Ability and willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic claims handling team
Fluent in English.
