Our client offers assistance to their members in the event that there is an adverse outcome in the course of their professional practice. This assistance includes support and understanding, in addition to the management of complaints and claims against members from a medical indemnity perspective.
Are you a contact centre specialist, who is driven by quality service? This role will ensure that you are given the opportunity to focus on this quality delivery, as opposed to sales KPI’s or average handling time.
As a Member Services Officer you will be responsible for:
- Providing customer service to a varied client base. You will liaise with medical professionals via phone, email and website regarding their applications, renewals and general enquiries relating to their Medical Indemnity Insurance
- Being the first point resolution for enquiries and providing accurate and timely information on available products and services
- Adhering to complex compliance and legislative requirements
- Liaising with both external and internal stakeholders in order to provide efficient and accurate product advice.
To be successful you MUST
- Have previous experience within financial services contact centre role
- Tier 2 accreditation (PS146) would be an advantage
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- A focus on quality customer service
- Attention to detail.
- Strong administrative capabilities and computer skills
- A mature and professionally focussed individual
