Membership Sales Adviser Job in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne-Tees Uk

We are recruiting for an outgoing confident Membership Sales Adviser to cover the Newcastle area working as part of an existing team reporting into a Leisure Club Sales Manager

Your duties will include supporting the quarterly sales and marketing plan implemented by the Leisure Club Sales Manager. Ensuring the minimum date is captured - name, address, email address and mobile number, to be fully aware of all promotional activities to ensure they are correctly implemented and actioned, fully utilise the membership prospect database ensuring that the data is always accurate, to maximise the response time to an enquiry is 1 hour, to assist members and prospective members in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Member and guest satisfaction should be monitored using reflective feedback (ad hoc and using external benchmarking tools). Deal with complaints / problems politely and make every effort to resolve these. Customer Comments - review weekly feedback and action where required, fully adhere to the relevant sales systems and procedures. Deliver the clubs membership target and ensure sales standards are adhered to. Treat the business as if it where your own.

To be successful at the role you must have worked as a Membership Sales Adviser within the leisure industry our client consistently offers the highest professional standards of service for the guests and maximises the profitability and you must be able to prioritise your time and duties as well as having great attention to detail for this role .

You will have flexibility on hours depending on hitting your targets although this role will involve working evenings.
