Merger and Acquisition Assistant Director
Our client, a leading corporate finance firm, is currently seeking a very high-calibre Assistant Director to join their MA team. This is a highly-regarded and successful firm operating in the UK mid-market space. This role will focus on origination and execution, building strong relationships with clients and leading the expansion of the business.
Responsibilities include:
Deal origination and execution
Demonstrating good understanding of all corporate finance transaction and valuation methodologies to support and advise clients.
Negotiating deal issues on behalf of clients
Candidates will display an outstanding academic record and a proven record of achievement within a leading investment bank and ideally possess experience. Successful candidates will be rewarded with an exciting opportunity to progress within a well-respected team with excellent exposure to senior management.
